When a teacher removes a list position, either because the specified place was unacceptable/unclear or because the student was nowhere to be found when the teacher arrived at the specified place, the student will receive a notification by e-mail. The notification informs the student about what has happened and why, and also gives some advice about what to pay attention to, when specifying a place.
