Course segment leaders have been able to delegate all examination to their assistants, which gave such assistants permission to create and configure examination parts, specify grade limits (for grade suggestions), upload files, add and remove students to examination occasions, and import and handle grades (everything except reporting to Ladok) for every examination and examination occasion. With such delegation assistants also received reminders and warnings relating to all examinations.
Now it is also possible to delegate the examination permissions only for specific examinations (all their occasions), and thus restrict the assistants from modifying things relating to other examinations. Course segment leaders find the new functionality below “Delegation of administration” in the tab “Contributors”. The delegation functionality is only visible when there is something to delegate and someone to delegate to.
