A new function offers to possibility to see what students participating in one course segment offering study in parallel. The result presents all other overlapping course segment offerings the participants study and it is possible to distinguish first time participants from reparticipants, and even access a combined schedule for the matching course segment offerings. It is also possible to see the parallel course registrations of the participants, thus being able to include courses that students study that do not have course segments (e.g. degree thesis courses and courses that do not use Daisy).
The new function is available for all employees under Timetable > Parallel course segments, but it is also accessible to teachers directly from within their course segment offerings (under Information and under Students). Course administrators can reach the function directly from the administration views for course segment offerings and their participants. This new function can be used to identify clashes or to find suitable times for tutoring, deadlines and other activities.
