It is now possible to define templates (one for English and one for Swedish) for evaluation forms per higher education institution. A teacher with the appropriate permissions (leader or delegated evaluation) will see buttons for creating evaluation forms based on the templates, if the course segment offering belongs to a higher education institution that has defined templates.
Pressing the button will create a new form with a standard name (“Evaluation” course-segment-code semester) and the form will contain all the headings, preambles, questions and answer alternatives from the template. The created form can be edited as usual before it is time to publish it.
The new buttons are basically a more convenient way to create a form based on a template, instead of having to create an empty form, give it a name, open it, find the template form among the importable ones, and import all questions.
